Tasting Note: This is beautifully aromatic and seductive with notes of red berry fruit, clementine, peony and dark chocolate. The palate has lovely richness, satiny tannin and finishes bright and perfumed. Excellent. 

Background: A plot inherited from Pascal's grandmother, Madeleine, predominantly in Robardelle which sits on the border with Meursault and makes a very elegant, perfumed Volnay. 

Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).
