If you have received an incorrect order please get in touch with us at orders@emilewines.co.uk within 3 working days and we will arrange a collection and replacement.

We cannot accept returns on open bottles.

If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch at orders@emilewines.co.uk ASAP and we will do what we can to help.

For non-wine items we accept returns in unused, re-sellable condition if returned within 14 working days. Please email orders@emilewines.co.uk to receive a returns authorisation number. We can not accept returns without this
