Delivery

Our standard shipping is available for mainland England and Wales. For deliveries to the rest of the UK please get in touch at orders@emilewines.co.uk for a quote.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £75.

All wine deliveries will be fulfilled by DPD  Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 11am will normally be delivered next day.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Our office is open Monday – Friday, 9.30am-5pm, orders will be processed as soon as possible.

Returns

If you have received an incorrect order please get in touch with us at orders@emilewines.co.uk within 3 working days and we will arrange a collection and replacement.

We cannot accept returns on open bottles.

If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch at orders@emilewines.co.uk ASAP and we will do what we can to help.

If you would like advice on your order, any of our wines or any aspect of storing and serving wines please contact  orders@emilewines.co.uk 

For non-wine items we accept returns in unused, re-sellable condition if returned within 14 working days. Please email orders@emilewines.co.uk to receive a returns authorisation number. We can not accept returns without this.
