Tasting Note: Bright golden yellow with notes of salted butter, pink grapefruit and brioche. The palate is rich, concentrated, complex wine - an absolute showstopper, and everything you want from white Burgundy.
Background: 12 months ageing in old and new barrels from the domaine's oldest vines, planted in 1981.
Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
