Tasting Note: Utterly electric, intense and focused with notes of seaweed, salted lemon and spice. Vibrant acidity and a very taut, focussed palate.

Background: Emmanuel Ogereau picks with zero botrytis and a lot of green fruit – the resulting wines are thrillingly intense and exciting to drink.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
