Tasting Note: The nose is bursting with bright citrus notes, white flowers and apricot with a strong flinty minerality. The palate is energetic with acidity and tension, beautifully balanced with flavors of orchard fruit and toasted almond. 

Background: Sourced from a small selection of family-owned vineyards on the Sonoma Coast as well as the Camp Meeting Ridge estate.

Aged in 100% French oak, 18% new, for 11 months. It is then transferred to stainless steel tanks and continues to age for a 3 further months on its lees prior to bottling.

Serving:  Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
