Tasting Note:  A very appealing nose with aromas of quince, blood orange, white peach and ginger. The palate has a moreish quality with a tangy mix of sweetness and bitterness.

Background: From a single lieu-dit with clay and limestone soils. Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed in whole bunch before being aged for 18-20 months in large barrels. Rully offers excellent value for money as well as an ability to be delicious in its infancy.
