Tasting Note:  This has a very appealing nose with aromas of quince, blood orange, white peach and ginger. The palate has a moreish quality with a tangy mix of sweetness and bitterness.

Background: Hailing from a single lieu-dit with clay and limestone soils. The grapes are hand-picked and the grapes are gently pressed in their whole bunches before being aged for 18-20 months in large barrels. Rully offers excellent value for money as well as an ability to be delicious in its infancy.
