Tasting Note: Fresh with lovely ripeness to the fruit which is citrus-driven with chalky minerality and green herbal notes.
Background: Oak was introduced by the family years ago to best express the terroir and purity of fruit. This cuvée sees the grapes being gently pressed and moved to tanks to ferment with natural yeasts. Following fermentation, the are left to rest on lees in stainless steel.
