Tasting Note: A typical expression of Pinot Noir, crisp and crunchy (croquant in french, which has to be one of our favourite words). An excellent introduction to red Burgundy wines.

Background: 100% whole cluster fruit. Ageing is for one year in old oak barrels.

Serving: Slighty chilled with a short spell in the fridge or ice bucket.
