Tasting Note: Fresh, mineral, and easy-drinking, this Petit Chablis comes from the flatter vineyards of Chablis and from Portlandian, rather than Kimmerdgian limestone, which gives the wines a fruitier, more relaxed wine (less chiseled minerality, more fresh lemon and peach).

Background: Aged entirely in stainless steel and bottles 8 months after the harvest to preserve the freshness.
