A limited mixed three-pack from Olivier Pithon, showcasing the energy of Calce & Baixas, Roussillon. All certified organic and biodynamically farmed.

P’tit Pithon Rouge

Region: Calce & Baixas, Roussillon
Grapes: Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre & Syrah
Farming: Organic certified, biodynamic practising
Tasting Note: Crunchy red fruit, peppery spice and vibrant acidity. A real vin de soif.
Background: Made from bought-in fruit from local organic farmers. Aged 7 months in concrete vats.
Serving: Serve straight from the fridge (8–10 °C).

P’tit Pithon Blanc

Region: Calce & Baixas, Roussillon
Grapes: Grenache Blanc & Macabeu
Farming: Organic certified, biodynamic practising
Tasting Note: Fresh and zesty with lime zest and grapefruit pith. Super-drinkable at 12.5%.
Background: From local organic growers. Aged 7 months in stainless steel.
Serving: Fridge cold (6–8 °C).

Pithon Mac 2 (Orange)

Region: Calce & Baixas, Roussillon
Farming: Organic & biodynamic
Tasting Note: Expressive nose of white flowers and ripe peach. Aromatic yet structured, with a deep amber hue from skin contact.
Background: Four months of maceration on skins, followed by 6 months in barrel and a short stint in oak.
Serving: Take out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving.
