Tasting Note: An elegant and perfumed Syrah with classic garrigue notes (rosemary, thyme lavender). The palate is juicy and fresh with notes of plum, blackberry and peppery spice.

Background: This comes from a young vineyard, planted on the slopes of the Ruisseau de la Vie, 'Stream of Life' and yields a wine of great purity and freshness. Aging is all in stainless steel.
