Tasting Note: Easy and delicious with notes of orange blossom and zest meeting fresh minerality. Pronounced tannins and a dry finish.
Background: From vines averaging 40 years, on clay limestone soils. The maceration lasts 10 days and the wine is then ages in foudres for 36 months.
Serving: Take this out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving.
