Tasting Note: The nose is unbelievably expressive with notes of white flowers and ripe peach. It is beautifully aromatic on the nose but the palate has impressive weight and structure. A terrificially unique orange wine from an exceptional terroir.
Background: This see 4 months of maceration on the grape's skins which results in a deep amber hue - the wine then spends 6 months in barrel and a short stint in oak. Grown on schist soils.
Serving: Take this out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving.
