Tasting Note: A really juicy red, full of ripe cherry fruit. Rich and smooth with a mineral freshness and spicy notes.

Background: From purchased fruit, which is in its first year of organic conversion. Grown on clay and limestone soils. Unoaked.

Serving: Cellar temp (12- 15 °C).

Pairing: Pica-Pica (Catalan style snacking- think fuet, jamon, crisps, anchovies, cheese)
