Tasting Note: This is very fresh and vibrant, with notes of soft red berried fruit, fennel and black pepper. Thirst-quenching and extremely digestible!
Background: From Gamay-friendly granite soils, the élevage is in cement dolia - amphora-shaped tanks.
Serving: Slightly chilled, cellar temp (12–15°C).
Decant into decanter/jug/carafe for 30 minutes to 1 hour before drinking.
