Grape: Macabeu, Grenache Blanc & Gris

Farming: Organic certified, biodynamic practising 

Tasting Note: Really aromatic with a lovely grapefruit pith/fresh almond bitter note that adds complexity.

Background: Ageing is 500 litre barrels (no new oak) and foundres for 18/20 months. The vines are on schist and clay soils. 

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
