Tasting Note: This is a very elegant, easy-drinking style of Savennières. It’s incredibly fine with an airy character often found in Emmanuel Ogereau’s wines and which he puts down to the sandy soils his vineyards are located on, with the freshness and energy coming from the schist soils this region is so famous for.
