Tasting Note: Rich and mineral with incredible intensity and length. Taut and very fine with so much texture and notes of seawater brine, white flowers and grapefruit pith. An incredible wine. 

Background: L'air du Temps is from the Champs Perdrix vineyard but has longer élevage an no added SO2.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
