Background: Sourced from Hopkins Ranch vineyard in Russian River Valley. The fruit is all hand-picked and whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in French oak and aged sur lie for eleven months.
Serving: Like any good full-bodied white Burgundy - not too cold at 12-14 degrees.
