Tasting Note: This has a lovely warm spice and sweet, red fruit character. Silky, smooth & sumptuous. A textbook but elegant Gevrey.
Background: This comes from eight parcels across Gevrey with vines averaging 45 years of age. Rich, sumptuous and satisfying yet still elegant and refined, very much in the Tawse style.
Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).
Decant into decanter/jug/carafe for 30 minutes to 1 hour before drinking.
