Tasting Note: Dense and saline, just mindblowingly good. Long and intense with such minerality. 

Background: The vines are at the very top of the slope, on the D18 road, on schist soils. Maturation in tanks for 18 months. A miniscule yield of just 20hl/ha

Serving:  Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C). Drink now or keep for a decade, or more.
