Côte de Brouilly La Chapelle 2019 | Beaujolais
Tasting Note: Wonderfully fragrant and floral, there is great definition and aromatic precision here. On the palate there is lavish red and purple fruit, incense and spice. Bright and rich with zesty, tangy acidity. A wonderful wine.
Background: From vines on average 60 years old. La Chapelle is located at the top of the Côte de Brouilly, on arid soil composed of blue metamorphic Diorite rock, with a southern exposure and slopes of up to 50%.
Serving: Room temp (15-17°C). Drink now or wait 10-15 years.
