Tasting Note: There is incredible freshness and clarity to this wine with fresh red fruit, a gentle herbleness and a moreish minerality.

Background:This vineyard sits at over 800 feet in elevation and predominantly has limestone soils. All of the fruit is destemmed before being aged for 24 months in oak barrels. Pascal doesn't do any heavy-handed work resulting in wines that are ethereal and elegant.
