Tasting Note: Notes of fresh pear, white peach and lime zest with salty minerality and fresh energetic acidity.
Background: Grown on the region's famous Kimmeridgian soils, the vineyards are planted on west-facing hillsides around the village of Milly in Chablis, from vines on average 40 years old. Aging on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks during 8 months. Bottled without fining or filtration and no sulphur.
Serving: Fridge cold to start and then enjoy as it slowly warms up
