Tasting Note: Translucent ruby in colour and with a bouquet bursting out the glass with notes of grenadine, tangerine and sweet spices. Supple and fresh and extremely digestible. Seductive, social and fun!
Background: The vines are 25 years old, on average on soils of heavy clay mixed with pebbles that naturally limit yields (40 to 45 hl/ha). Carambouille is the name of the plot, a name Anna loved but later discovered means a hoax in local ‘patois’!!
