Tasting Note: Fresh and fruity with ripe red fruit and a lovely violet and peony tinged perfume. A lovely summery red.

Background: From a vineyard in Auxerre, this is fully destemmed and aged in 2 to 3 year old barrels and bottled after a light filtration - which is why there is a small deposit visible in the bottle.

Serving: Slightly cool
