Farming: Organic/ biodynamic/ sustainable - a mix as wines are made from purchased fruit.

Tasting Note: Fresh and vivid with lovely detail to the blue and black fruit. Cool, layered and long with ripe fruit and terrific vibrancy.

Background:  From grapes grown in the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte d'Or, this is more forwardly fruit than the Hautes-Côtes which comes from cooler terroir. 

Serving:  Room temp (15-17°C).
