Tasting Note: A very refined Chardonnay, with citrus aromas, toasty notes, and tension on the palate, with vanilla and woody notes due to oak barrel aging. This wine offers super richness and precision.
Background: Champs Perdrix is located at the top of the hill in Nantoux. The soil here is very thin with a maximum of 60cm top soil then there’s just flat rock, it’s very chalky here with no clay.
Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C)
