Tasting Note: Very fragrant with cocoa powder, cherry and violet. The palate is fresh with very fine tannins and a long, elegant finish. Vines are planted on limestone-rich soils, which contribute to the unique character of this wine.

Background: Fully destemmed fruit. Aged in oak, circa 10-15% new barrels.

Serving: Cellar temp (12- 15 °C).
