Tasting Note: Bright, pure red fruit & wild rose. Fruit forward and and easy drinking but it does not lose its sense of terroir - a baby Volnay.

Background: This comes from four parcels all in the Volnay appellation. All the fruit is destemmed.

Serving: Room temp (15-17°C).
