Tasting Note: Chiseled and very pure with ripe fruit and smoky notes. Fabulous texture and electric acidity. Serious Aligoté that would repay some bottle age. 

Background: From very old vines in Puligny-Montrachet - between 70 & 80 years old. No added SO2. 

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
