Tasting Note: Mineral, textured and beautifully aromatic, with notes of white flowers, pink grapefruit and lime zest.
Background: From vines in Saint-Bris on clay-limestone, Kimmeridgian soils at an altitude of between 210 and 250 m.
Ageing is 12 to 18 months in vats and older barrels.
Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
