Tasting Note: These grapes hail from the famed schist vineyards of Anjou. They are hand picked at full maturity, slowly pressed into tanks, with the fermentation being stopped part of the way through to retain some of that fruit sweetness.

Pairing: Fresh papaya salad or a stone fruit pavlova

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
