Tasting Note: A heady blend of dark fruit, a touch of wild herb and just a hint of balsamic. The 2021 vintage has rendered wines that are more fine-boned and delicate than the vintages either site.

Background: The name of this lieu-dit, Pertuisots, comes from the old French and Provençal word Pertuis meaning "sloping ledge". The grapes are pressed as whole bunches before being aged for 18 months in barrels.
