Tasting Note: A Pinot-dominant blend, fine-boned and elegant with a mixture of fresh red fruit and slightly riper darker fruits.
Background: These vines grow on a single parcel known as 'Le Clos' in the appellation of Saint Pourçain with soils of sand, silt and clay with a bedrock of granite and gneiss. After fermentation in inox, the wine is moved to a mixture of amphorae and barriques.
Serving: Cellar temp (12- 15 °C).
