Tasting Note: A unique expression of Aligoté. Rich and intense with notes of honey, chalk, spice and bright acidity.
Background: Orange wine made from Aligoté, in Chablis (!!) Skin contact for circa one month. The maceration gives the wine a spicy character and an almost tannic structure. Unique and characterful – excellent with food.
Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
