Tasting Note: This is a still wine from the master of Aligoté, Claire Naudin. Textured and vibrant, with fresh herbal and mineral notes, savoury texture and fine elegant finish. 

Background: Not a pét-nat (which its crown cap might suggest). Like Chardonnay, Aligoté beautifully transcribes its terroir, which in this case is the altitude and temperature of the Hautes Côtes to deliver an immensely clear and precise profile.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
