Tasting Note: Bright citrus notes on the nose, with white flowers, apricot, and strong flinty minerality. The palate is energetic, beautifully balanced acidity and tension with flavours of orchard fruit and toasted almond. 

Background: Sourced from a small selection of family-owned vineyards on the Sonoma Coast as well as the Camp Meeting Ridge estate. Aged in 100% French oak, 18% new, for 11 months, then transferred to stainless steel tanks where it continues to age for a 3 months on its lees.

Serving:  Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
