Domaine de Cala is the first Provençal offering from Emile. The domain’s history goes back to the 14th but was purchased by chef,

restaurateur and bon vivant Joachim Splichal in 2015. The domain’s name is in reference to the calla lily which is shaped like a

chalice. Joachim has 40 hectares which are farmed organically.
