Tasting Note: A delicious sappy, vivid Pinot bursting with ripe, juicy cherry fruit. Utterly delicious and like the white proves there is still excellent value to be found in Burgundy.

Background: From 35 year old vines, the grapes are 100% destemmed with ageing in 80% lined cement tanks and 20% new oak for 12 months.
