La Maison Romane, Mousses Sauvages, Pinot Noir | Côte de Nuits, Burgundy
Region: Côte de Nuits, Burgundy
Farming: Lutte rasionee to organic/biodynamic
Tasting Note: Orance de Beler is really leading the new wave styles of Burgundy and here we have a fresh beer mingling with red berry notes and a moreish acidity.
Background: This is made by blending a high-fermentation beer and pressed pinot noir juice following carbonic maceration. It is then moved to barrels or tuns where it spends 9 months.
Serving: Fresh from the fridge and best drunk in a wine glass.
