Tasting Note: Precise, chiselled and intense. This is an extremely fine, complex Blanc de Blancs. 

Background: From a parcel of ungrafted vines planted in 1963 & 1972, Les Moineaux is on a south-facing site with a mild slope north of the village and bordering Les Voirmissa (where they have another ungrafted parcel for a Blanc de Noirs). 

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
