Tasting Note: Crunchy blue and purple fruit with undercurrents of fresh spice and green herbs. A classic vin de soif!!

Background: The Grolleau grape is named after the French for crow, Grolle, the bluish-black color of its berries, reminiscent of the birds plumage. These grapes are carbonically macerated for 5 days before going through a short aging in stainless steel.
