We have long been admirers of Georgie Morley, the designer and founder of Amuse la Bouche. Her work as a designer is coveted and much copied and it turns out that the woman behind it all is more generous and kind-spirited than we could have hoped for and most importantly an ardent lover of great food and even better wine.
Georgie’s selection is an ode to winter, her new life by the coast and to long cosy afternoons spent cooking and hibernating. With a recent move out of London and months ahead of work to be done on her new abode, we spent our conversation day dreaming of days in the near future when the tools are finally put down and the house becomes a home and where dark afternoons are spent pootling in the kitchen, sharing sumptuous wines with loved ones before retiring to the sofa and the open fire.
