Tasting Note: This is an obscenely delicious Bourgogne blanc, with notes of pink grapefruit, lemon zest and fresh pine. There is impressive weight on the palate with notes of orange zest and white peach. Vibrant acidity and a long length. An incredible wine.

Background: The vines in the Gondonne vineyard came from cuttings from Dauvissat and Raveneau's 'Les Clos' vineyard - pretty impressive heritage!

Aged in oak, circa 10-15% new barrels.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
