Tasting Note: Rich and intense with a firm, deeply mineral core. Seriously impressive and long term. 

Background: From a parcel of ungrafted vines planted in 1973, Les Voirmissa is on a flat site just north of the village, bordering Les Moineaux. The cellaring time for the vintage cuvées before shipping is 8-10 minimum. Just 920 bottles made. Bottled in June 2015, disgorged in June 2020 with 2.25g/l dosage.
