Tasting Note: Really fresh and zesty with lime zest and grapefruit pith. Very quaffable especially at a refreshing 12.5%. 

Background: This is from bought in fruit from local organic farmers. Ageing is for 7 months, in stainless steel.

Serving: Fridge cold (6–8°C).
