Tasting Note: With notes of fresh lemon and almond, the palate is textured and complex with elements of lemon pith and apple skin.

Background: From a single plot of 30-year-old vines planted on white and blue marl, not dissimilar the terroir found in the Jura. The grapes are pressed into barrels before being aged for 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
