Tasting Note: A Chardonnay dominant cremant (unusual or Crémant de Loire, where Chenin tends to dominate. This is very fine and elegant with ripe citrus and stone fruits, butter and fresh bread flavours - Champagne-esq.

Background: This spends at least 12 months on the lees before bottling.

Serving: Drink fresh from the fridge.
